2026 EIMA ANNUAL MEETING

The EIFS Industry Members Association (EIMA) is pleased to announce that the 2026 EIMA Annual Meeting will take place in Washington, D.C., March 25–27. Timed to coincide with Washington, D.C.’s iconic Cherry Blossom season—when the city is at its most vibrant—the 2026 EIMA Annual Meeting offers an exceptional setting for connection and engagement. On behalf of EIMA’s officers, Board of Directors, and engaged membership, we invite you to join industry leaders for this landmark gathering focused on collaboration, innovation, and the future of EIFS.
A Historic First for the EIFS Industry
For more than four decades, the EIFS Industry Members Association (EIMA) has united manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, contractors, and industry partners to advance EIFS across North America, with its Annual Meeting serving as the industry’s premier forum for collaboration and strategic direction. In 2026, the meeting will reach a historic milestone by convening in Washington, D.C. for the first time—a move that reflects a pivotal shift in the advocacy landscape as federal energy efficiency standards, emissions-reduction initiatives, and affordable housing programs increasingly shape the built environment. Following a year of evaluation by EIMA’s Federal, State, and Local Advocacy Working Group, the membership has concluded that a stronger, more consistent presence in Washington is essential, making the 2026 Annual Meeting in the nation’s capital both timely and strategic.

A Legislative Fly-In to Capitol Hill
A centerpiece of the meeting will be a Legislative Fly-In, offering interested members the opportunity to meet directly with Senate offices representing their home states. These meetings will introduce policymakers to EIFS, highlight its energy and sustainability benefits, and position the industry as a contributor to affordability, resilience, and national climate goals. EIMA will support participants with coordinated messaging and briefing materials to ensure productive, impactful discussions that lay the groundwork for long-term federal engagement.

A Fresh Meeting Format: Working Groups With a National Lens
EIMA’s Working Group meetings will retain their central role while adopting a more speaker-driven format aligned with the Washington location. Sessions will emphasize speakers from national organizations, federal agencies, and policy institutions whose work directly intersects with EIMA’s strategic priorities. This approach will provide members with insight into how EIFS aligns with national policy goals—and how federal priorities may influence the future of building enclosures and construction.

Unparalleled Networking Opportunities
EIMA members can look forward to a series of exceptional networking experiences designed to make this meeting truly memorable. The event will kick off in unforgettable fashion with a dinner cruise on the Potomac River, offering sweeping views of Washington, D.C.’s iconic monuments and setting the stage for meaningful connections in a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere. Additional highlights include a first-class cocktail reception, the Members Dinner and EIFS Excellence Awards Ceremony celebrating excellence and innovation across the industry, and the EIMA Networking Lounge, where members can connect, collaborate, and showcase their products and services throughout the meeting.

Sponsorship Opportunities
There are a host of sponsorship opportunities designed to help EIMA members elevate their visibility among the 130+ EIFS industry executives expected to attend.
