Hilltop Reserve is a full-service senior living community featuring Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. Hilltop Reserve is the first senior living community in Colorado, and the largest in the U.S., to achieve LEED Gold Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.

Multiple colors and textures of EIFS allowed this project to look at home in the urban landscape of Denver, but by utilizing wood look EIFS and rich earth tones, the finished project offers modern warmth for the residents calling Hilltop Reserve home.

EIFS, the single-source solution, was the ideal choice to create value on the project. By utilizing Wood Grain EIFS finishes, the contractor streamlined the construction process and minimized the need for multiple trades.
