The Hub on Campus Tampa is a multi-residential, student housing development located near USF with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Featuring a roof-top pool and multiple health and wellness options, The Hub offers students everything they need for a memorable college-life experience.

When considering cladding options, EIFS quickly emerged as the system of choice. Due to proximity to Florida's Gulf Coast, Miami-Dade hurricane testing was a must. Not only did the chosen system offer Miami-Dade acceptance, it also offered a full drainage and continuous insulation.

When it came to finish selection, the design team wanted a coastal vibe with some modern touches. To go along with the traditional white textured finish, an EIFS Wood Grain finish was selected to offer warm, modern accents. By utilizing EIFS Wood Grain to go along with the traditional EIFS finish, the project minimized system terminations and transitions and streamlined the installation process.

With unique angled balconies and beautiful exterior landscapes, The Hub on Campus Tampa is an ideal representation of how EIFS can be the centerpiece of a beautiful project.
