Project Specifications:

Embassy Suites by Hilton Charleston Harbor Mount Pleasant, completed in May 2021, is a 7-story, 175 all-suite contemporary hotel located on the waterfront at the foot of the iconic Ravanel Bridge.

Parex drainable EIFS system that included EIFS trim was chosen for its energy efficiency, versatile design and economical installation. The air & water-resistive barrier allows climate control systems to operate more efficiently by preventing transmission of conditioned air out and outside air in. This was an important factor considering the hotel is over 159,000 square feet. Because it is waterfront, the installers used vacuum rasping and scaffolding netting to insure no foam ended up in the water. The mixture of beige tone and off-white tone finishes chosen compliments the buff limestone cast stone and forest green metal roof and ties into the Historic district of Charleston perfectly.
