Genesis Office Addition

Project Specifications:

The owner and architect of this project, a three-story office addition in Elmwood, Wisconsin, wanted a well-insulated exterior wall that seamlessly integrated multiple exterior finishes into one system. Stone veneer, thin brick and acrylic finishes were directly adhered to 2" EPS foam insulation. 52 EIFS panels were prefabricated offsite with an installation time of seven days. At the main entrance 34' tall stone veneer pilasters weighing approximately five tons were constructed in one piece and craned into position. The tallest panels constructed were 41' in height, which bypass each level of this building. This project represents how EIFS continuously evolves and pushes the boundaries of construction while providing solutions at the same time.
