Project Specifications:

Harlow on Main is a multi-residential development in Columbus, OH featuring 98 units and ground floor dining. The project is a total of six stories and offers several amenities including dining, 24-hour fitness center, common areas, and an indoor recreation / leisure area. The structure was wood-framed and included both wood and fiberglass mat gypsum sheathing. The building design required energy efficiency for reduced energy use during both the harsh winters and hot summers. The exterior features a unique color / design pattern to help the Harlow project stand apart from other local apartment buildings. The project is located in a metropolitan area of Columbus, and the design standards needed to be met with efficiency and accuracy at every level.
