Project Specifications:

This four-floor medical center was installed during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic and consists of over 100,000 square feet of prefabricated panels. Hesitant at first to use fully insulated panels with finish because of how new they were to the market, the project team reconsidered given the supply and manpower challenges the pandemic presented. The completed project sits 20 feet away from a building with traditional field brick and stone veneer, and it is nearly impossible to identify the difference. With the combined look of stacked stone, wood and brick, one would think the budget for this project is much higher than it actually is. . .it’s like an illusion.
