Residence Inn by Marriott
Pigeon Forge, TN | Hospitality
Project Specifications:
The Residence Inn in Pigeon Forge is a standout example of the ability of EIFS to tackle the popular multiple cladding look that architects and owners want. The original design called for siding to cover a large portion of the cladding along with stone and some EIFS. Senergy won over the project by showing that the same look could be achieved with an Insulated Masonry Veneer System — combining the stone, EIFS and siding aesthetics with the benefits of an EIFS system.
This project has the advantages of a fully adhered system that provides a truly monolithic air and water barrier as well as a continuous insulation with no fasteners, thermal bridging or complex transition. This adds up to high efficiency, lower operating costs, a simplified installation process and beautiful exterior façade.
