Project Specifications:

Senior Action, a senior-outreach organization, had outgrown its existing, outdated space, and in order to better serve their growing customer base, they decided to more than double their footprint by purchasing an existing shopping center. The contractor recommended a facade removal and replacement with EIFS as the best option.

Rather than typical earth tones and standard textures alone, the design required wood and metal finishes to create the modern aesthetic the owner desired. With other cladding systems, multiple trades and manufacturers would have been required to achieve these varied finishes. By selecting EIFS as the cladding, the team was able to install a system from a single manufacturer with a single contractor, resulting in an efficient, beautifully updated space which catches the eye and welcomes customers into this fun-filled senior center. This project is an example of how EIFS adds value by simplifying installation and minimizing complex transitions.
