Project Specifications:

This project used EIFS, plus a fluid applied air and water barrier for maximum energy efficiency. Additionally, a very bright blue, which is the signature color of the project owner, was easily achieved due to the versatility of color enhancement provided by the EIFS manufacturer. To top it off, the integration of the curtain wall with EIFS was masterful.
