Caesars Forum
Las Vegas, NV | Hospitality
Project Specifications:
Caesars Forum is a massive, 550,000 square-foot conference center in Las Vegas featuring the two largest, pillarless ballrooms in North America. It offers 300,000 square-feet of flexible meeting space including conference space to accommodate more than10,000 attendees.
Originally specified as EIFS and metal panels, it was decided to replace the metal panels with EIFS with a metal panel coating. The project was constructed with steel stud panels of EIFS with different finish textures and colors. The panels were started a month before the superstructure started to be built and as soon as the structure was ready, the contractor began to hang the panels in place which allowed the project to be completed more quickly. The EIFS will aid in keeping the interior of this massive structure cool in the hot Las Vegas sun, saving cooling costs for the life of the building.
