Project Specifications:

The Legacy Square development had some unique challenges. In order to achieve the aesthetic look, comply with city requirements, and reduce costs as much as possible, EIFS became the only viable solution that fulfilled all three challenges. The full-wall installation of drainable EIFS and the integration of specialty EIFS finishes such as Wood Grain, Brick, and Metal along with traditional EIFS finishes, exceeded the design team's expectations and exemplified the flexibility and value of EIFS.

By utilizing EIFS, the design and construction team were able to comply with local ordinance requirements, install a code-compliant system, minimize the need for multiple trades, and ultimately save time and money. EIFS was the ultimate wall system value for this project.
