Yaamava' Resort
Highland, CA | Hospitality
Project Specifications:
This project featured a large, 450,000 square-foot facility, including a large hotel resort tower built at an existing casino site. The project team used an assembly-line panelized EIFS system to construct the continuously insulated tower. The project features multiple colors and textures that tied-in and matched the existing casino, but also included large flutes with an EIFS finish in a golden-bronze color to give a high-end, shiny look to the rear of the building. The very efficient EIFS system allowed the architect to meet their high energy-efficiency and sustainability design demands and the panelized construction allowed for quick installation to meet contractor build deadlines.
