The Bradley Hotel
Fort Wayne, IN | Hospitality
Project Specifications:
The Bradley, a new five-story boutique hotel located in the heart of Fort Wayne, features midwestern warmth and signature style. In the middle of an urban renaissance, this rapidly growing city needed an upscale hospitality experience to match its growing profile as a regional destination and a business-friendly environment.
By reducing building envelope weight and schedule duration, the project team was able to meet project goals including budget while delivering exceptional quality and masterful details. Highly detailed shop drawings delivered accurate matching of architectural features from panel to panel. The use of off-site construction allowed for precision application of EIFS without regard to temperature or jobsite conditions. Close collaboration on window openings allowed for prefabricated frames and glazing to begin just days after the first panel was installed.
In an era defined by a lack of available skilled labor, the use of panel technology allowed for a fast installation schedule of less than six weeks during a midwestern winter complete with sleet and snow.
