Jules on 3rd, an 8-story apartment building with a podium pool deck on an upper floor, was the first building of its kind located in the downtown Boise area. Its size and the amount of scaffolding needed to do the work posed challenges and necessitated a product that would withstand a long exposure time. Foam insulation on the exterior of the building met the energy codes. This one contactor, one manufacturer, one warranty system project was constructed on time and had limited warranty exposure on the weather barrier.

A major fire broke out inside the building after completion and before occupancy, but due to NFPA rated assemblies, there was little damage to the exterior envelope and only minimal repair was required.
