Project Specifications:

The Lifeguard Arena was the start of the revitalization of downtown Henderson, NV. Home of the Henderson Silver Knights, the Las Vegas Knights minor league hockey team, it encompasses two ice hockey rinks plus retail and office space for the organization. Being in the Nevada desert, an energy efficient complex was a must. The design included a stone look finish to give the building that extra "pop".

The energy code was met using EIFS and the exterior insulation kept the interior of the building cool in temperatures in excess of 110 degrees during the summer. The exterior walls of this building were constructed during the most extreme heat of the summer and product was applied in temperatures over 100 degrees.
