Audubon Phase II

Project Specifications:

Audubon Phase II consists of first floor commercial spaces with 135 residential units above. The original design consisted of over 10,000 sf of metal panels, which was later value engineered to EIFS to increase schedule and save costs to the owner. XPS insulation was utilized for higher energy ratings, and direct applied soffit systems for cost effectiveness.

The EIFS installation, which took six months, was completed in the winter of 2021-2022 and required a full winter enclosure with heating in order to keep the temperatures above 40 degrees during installation.
