Eastern Wharf is the newest riverfront development along the historic Savannah River in almost 30 years, and Riverworks is the first mixed use development within Eastern Wharf. The exterior cladding is made up of approximately 75% EIFS, along with traditional masonry and fiber cement siding accents, which blend in seamlessly with the adjacent Savannah Historical District, positioning this project to be a benchmark for future EIFS development within and around Historic Downtown Savannah.
