Project Specifications:

Facing many delays due to Covid-19 and other on-site difficulties, the team on the Hilton Dual Brand hotel in Easton, OH were able to push through and construct a beautiful project. The design called for a traditional EIFS finish along with a wood look to accent the elevations on the Hilton Garden Inn. EIFS with a wood grain finish was the simple, practical, efficient solution due to ease of installation, cost effectiveness, and product availability. The beautiful Redwood finish offered bold accents to compliment the earth tones of the other finishes and the first-floor masonry. By utilizing EIFS for multiple cladding designs, the project was able to be completed in a timely manner and offered the team a single-system warranty for multiple finishes.
