Menorah Medical Expansion

Project Specifications:

This expansion to the existing Menorah Medical Hospital Campus came with some challenges including timing, limited project site space and lasting performance of the building over time. Speed of construction and aesthetics were also very important, and the best solution was determined to be EIFS panels with a custom finish made to match existing EIFS and granite pre-cast panels. The two-story panels were fabricated 10 miles from the job and trucked onto site when ready, craned into place and installed.

The EIFS panels gave the project the same look as the existing precast granite panels while also delivering the R-values they needed as an integral part of the wall system and hitting the CI codes of the municipality. The aesthetics of the new addition match the existing campus and were delivered in a timely matter for the project to finish on schedule.
