Project Specifications:

As a new hospitality facility focused on drawing in visitors, one of the main initial goals for the new Sky River Casino was simply a welcoming, beautiful exterior aesthetic to attract their clientele. As the team realized that cladding with EIFS could provide the looks they were after with the energy- and cost-saving benefits of continuous insulation, it was a no-brainer. The combination of Dryvit’s custom wood grain finish and their ReflectIt metallic finish to the exterior insulation provided a clear solution as a more energy-efficient alternative to traditional wood and metal panels. The inclusion of Dryvit’s acrylic DPR (dirt pickup resistance) finishes also ensures a long-lasting and low-maintenance façade.

Later, facing a tight schedule and some budget concerns, the ease of installing EIFS saved the project 16 weeks on their project timeline. Together, the design/build team really maximized the benefits of EIFS to the advantage of the facility owner, ultimately showcasing a gorgeous casino with added durability and sustainability for the long-term.
