Project Specifications:

Located in the fast-growing Jefferson Park neighborhood of Denver with great access to downtown, 19Nineteen Mile High offers access to recreation, grocers, and entertainment with nearby Mile High Stadium. This 12-story multi-family space offers incredible city views and overlooks Mile High Stadium with residents having balcony views.

Panels were framed and sheathed off-site and drainable EIFS installed on-site. With multiple contractors partnering in these trades, the project required coordination and communication throughout the construction process. A full air and moisture barrier system was installed followed by the drainable EIFS. This code-compliant, fire-tested assembly offered a single source solution for the project.

With beautiful warm grays and cool whites covering over 150,000 square feet of exterior, EIFS allowed this high-visibility, high-profile project to stand out and above its peers. This project exemplifies how EIFS is the ideal solution for high-volume, large scale projects.
