The original design of this dual brand hotel project called for multiple cladding styles including wood, metal, and traditional textured finishes. The design flexibility of EIFS with Drainage was the natural alternative to achieve these looks with a single system, with the added benefits of an air/water barrier, drainage, and Continuous Insulation.

​The installation quality of the final finishes is stunning. The wood look brings warmth to the design, the metal creates eye-catching accents, and the traditional whites and earth tones pull the beautiful aesthetic of the project together.
