Code of Ethics
These Rules of Ethics provide specific mandatory standards of minimally acceptable professional conduct for all members of EIMA. These Rules of Ethics are enforceable by EIMA under the procedures provided in the EIMA Bylaws.

- manufacture and supply EIFS in compliance with current industry standards, test specifications and operating procedures as prescribed by the American National Standards Institute, the American Society for Testing Materials, local and model building codes, and other standard-setting organizations recognized generally in the industry and/or by local, state, or federal authorities;
- ensure that all packaging and promotional information, including statements designed or which can be interpreted to describe the properties or performance of the product is accurate and not misleading; actively support and comply with all EIMA guidelines and policy statements;
- not use EIMA activities for personal ends or engage in conduct detrimental to EIMA; and
- comply with all laws and regulations relating to the manufacture, distribution and installation of EIFS, including applicable occupational safety and health and environmental laws and regulations.
